Plant tickets go on sale Wednesday afternoon

Plant High School is pre-selling its allotment of playoff tickets to Friday night’s game today and Thursday.

From 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., tickets to Friday night’s Class 8A-Region 2 final game at East Lake will be available in the driver’s education range (next to Dad’s Stadium). The tickets are $8 and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Because of the small size of East Lake’s visiting stands, East Lake provided Plant with only 1,000 tickets. Panthers fans are encouraged to buy their tickets early because there will be a limited number available at the game.
