Plant junior defender Kendall Harmon has verbally committed to play soccer at Stetson University, Panthers coach Pam Smith confirmed Thursday. Harmon played in 13 games for the 15-2-1 Panthers a season ago. Harmon plays club soccer at Tampa Bay United on the ’95 Premier team.
Smith said prior to the summer senior forward Charsley Greiwe verbally committed to Division-II Flagler College. Greiwe, also a TBU club player, notched seven goals and seven assists for the Panthers a season ago.
Smith said the two join seniors, forward Caroline Bado (University of Central Florida) and goalkeeper Kara Looby (University of Georgia), as committed players on this season’s Plant soccer team.
