It wasn’t great weather Tuesday, but it was certainly an improvement on the conditions many runners endured recently at the FACA meet at Ed Radice Park,

Tuesday’s team winners were Academy of the Holy Names (girls) and Plant (boys). The surprise of the meet had to be the second-place finish of Steinbrenner’s boys—ahead of Class 2A power Jesuit, which is in the Warriors’ district.

The individual winners were from Plant, Bo Nalsen for the boys and Julia Rodriguez for the girls.
