Patriots DT Vince Wilfork Wants To Play For Bucs Or Dolphins

I wanted to pass along an interesting article written by South Florida Sun-Sentinel Dolphins writer Omar Kelly.

During an interview with New England nose tackle Vince Wilfork, he expressed a serious interest in playing for Tampa Bay or Miami in 2010. Wilfork starred at Santaluces High School and the University of Miami, so he’s from Florida.

When asked about where he would like to play next season, Wilfork said playing in Florida would be “a dream come true.”

That being said, the Patriots are expected to place a franchise tag on him instead of offering the long-term contract he desires.
