The Tampa Bay Rays introduced a new option that gives fans the opportunity to purchase tickets to the 2010 Rays Division Series. Anyone joining the Rays Playoff Access Club may purchase tickets to home games 1 or 2 of the American League Division Series starting today at 9 a.m.
Playoff Access Club memberships are $100 each and give fans the opportunity to purchase one ticket per game for each membership purchased. In addition to the pre-sale access, Playoff Access Club memberships include a Rays sports cooler and a membership card that provides discounts toward 2011 single-game ticket purchases. “Becoming a season ticket holder will always provide the best opportunities and the best benefits for postseason tickets, but we are pleased to provide another option for fans who would like to have the opportunity to purchase postseason tickets,” said Rays Senior Vice President Mark Fernandez.

Friday, October 1: Winners of the Rays Postseason Ticket Opportunity will have the chance to purchase tickets. Selected fans will have the opportunity to purchase tickets online via special link and password distributed to their winning email address. Registrations for the opportunity closed Sunday, September 26 at 11:59 p.m. Fans still have the chance to register for future Rays Postseason Ticket Opportunities at raysbaseball.com.
Saturday, October 2: Any remaining tickets for the Division Series home games will go on-sale to the general public on raysbaseball.com at 9 a.m.
Monday, October 4: Any remaining tickets will go on-sale through all ticket outlets at 9 a.m.
