TORONTO—The Rays look for their seventh straight win tonight, but will do so with Evan Longoria on the bench.
The Jays’ starter tonight, Scott Richmond, has been tough on righties and Joe Maddon is trying to parcel out some pre-break days off. Longoria apparently is still feeling his hamstring a bit, but it’s not serious - he should be back in there tomorrow.
