Tampa Bay just took a 37-3 lead and it is safe to say the Bucs are going to win the NFC South title. This is a team that was 4-12 last season, but rebounded to win a division crown and clinch a playoff berth.
Now it is time for your thoughts:
1) What is the biggest difference between this year’s team and last year’s?
2) Do you think Tampa Bay matches up better with the New York Giants to Minnesota?
3) The Bucs are a playoff team, but are they a Super Bowl contender?

I think the reason we’re not seeing Bennett in the games much is because he’s not very good in pass protection. Our trade agreement on him with KC was based on his production for us. So if we don’t need him why play him and have to give up a higher draft pick for him. Unload him in the offseason and try to get a little better draft pick for him than we gave up to get him. All Bennett was was insurance for Graham. I would rather get Darby in these last couple games and get some film to evaluate him on. We all know what Bennett does..he runs fast, thats it.

I’m hoping the bucs allow Pittman to rest that bad ankle and let Bennett and Darby play in these two last game.We need to know if some of these guys can play,we do not need to go in the offseason not knowing and miss out on some free agents or drafting! How about our linebackers-Black and Hayward, can these guys play are will we wait until next season to find out?

Its good to see bucs back in the post season if we play are game we can at least win a one playoff game those vikings scare me however jeff garcia is a playoff man grew up watching him in the cfl for the calgary stampeders. The other x factor the knock about us being a warm climate team and we dont fair well in the winter Garcia knows how to play in the cold as does super joey from his ohio state days. As one of the biggest canadian buccaneers hail to the resurgence of the red tide and cant wait to face the lions next year going to be there yet again hopefully for a win.

To Jason: DUDE! DUDE! Regular season win??? The Super Bowl the Bucs won, they had TWO weeks out there to adjust to the time change. K? Sheeeeeeeeese!

This has nothing to do with these posts… Yeah Michael Spurlock did it during regular season play- what about pre-season. 2002- Murphy or Williams returned a kick-off for a touchdown against the Dolphins...I might be wrong.

to the gentleman who doesn’t recall the Bucs ever winning a game on the West Coast, may I remind you of a game called Super Bowl XXXVII played in San Diego, CA?

1. Better team chemistry PLUS Garcia.
2. They better pray to Gawd they don’t have to play Minnesota, who could kill the Bucs.
3. The NFC South is the weakest Division in the NFL. They’ll be lucky to win their first game.
Let’s talk Sunday. The Bucs have a history of traveling poorly to the West Coast. Don’t remember them ever winning on the West Coast. Someone remind me. BUT having written this negative #####, I HOPE they prove me wrong about everything I’ve written.

Off subject but I’d just like to say that i think the pro bowl is the biggest load of ##### that I have ever seen. How in God’s name did the Vikings get 7 players in. Oh well it’s a joke and I think most NFL veteran players would probably say the same. People just vote for a name that they have heard before. Barber and Rudd should be going. Guess we’ll have to prove it by being the last NFC team standing.

1. This year’s schedule was much easier than last year. This year’s team was more aggressive in tackling, and the running back/QB is consistent and durable.
2. With NY, we have a better chance of winning. We came close to beating them last year with a rookie inexperience QB. Minnesota’s Adrian Peterson would give us problem, they are on a roll.
3. In 2003 the odds were against us. We were the underdogs throughout the playoffs. We beat San Fran @ home, and beat Philly in their stadium. They were highly favored, based on winning the past four meetings, and pumped up for playing the last time in Veterans Stadium. Finally, we dominated Oakland in the Super bowl. If this is used as a motivational tool, we can even beat NE.
