Robinson’s Newman has new offer

Robinson rising senior linebacker Tevin Newman has added a scholarship offer from South Alabama, according to Knights assistant coach Shawn Taylor.
South Alabama is entering just its second year of play but will be a Division I Football Bowl Subdivision program in 2013.
Newman, a first-team all-state pick in 2009, also holds offers from Washington State, Colorado State and Minnesota, among others.
