New look for Land O’ Lakes football

Got a text message the other day from Land O’ Lakes coach Matt Kitchie. I popped it open and guess what I saw? A new rendition of the Land O’ Lakes football jersey.

If you missed it, here’s an up close shot of QB Stephen Weatherford courtesy of Kitchie.

The Gators unveiled the new uniforms during last week’s preseason Kickoff Classic game at East Lake.

By the way, am I the only one slightly reminded of one of the many jerseys sported by the University of Oregon Ducks?
