Mr. Tedford And Me Look Into The Future…

GAINESVILLE — I take back everything I’ve ever said about message-board people — at least everything that included the phrase “parents’ basement.”
In a fascinating interview with Pete Thamel of The New York Times, Counting Crows frontman/rabid Cal fan Adam Duritz admits he regularly logs on to Rivals.com and Scout.com. In other words, Tennessee fans may find themselves getting flamed this week by some dude calling himself DeSeanJacksonIsTheRainKing.
This totally changes my opinion of message-board prowlers. If a guy who has been linked romantically to Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Gwen Stefani and Christina Applegate likes to mix it up on boards, who am I to criticize?
