Jefferson football player Chris Moore recently has seen his recruitment reach a new level.
The Dragons’ junior receiver, who had a handful of scholarship offers entering Jefferson’s spring jamboree, has picked up scholarship offers recently from college programs in nearly every BCS conference.
Auburn, Michigan State, Vanderbilt, Cincinnati, Texas Tech and Duke are the latest programs to extend a scholarship offer to Moore, Jefferson assistant Jeremy Earle said.
Moore was Jefferson’s second-leading pass catcher with 31 receptions for 779 yards and five touchdowns in 2009. He previously had picked up scholarship offers from Illinois, West Virginia, UCF, UAB and Florida International, among others.
