Favorite Restaurant: “My agent Farrukh (Quraishi) has taken me to places like Mis En Place and Bern’s Steakhouse, and I like those two.”

Pregame Music: “I listen to a lot of reggae, a lot of conscious reggae. My pregame music is usually one guy called Luciano. He sings spiritual reggae.”

Favorite Movie: “A couple really stand out like ‘Money Talks,’ ‘Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins,’ ‘Blue Streak,’ ”

First Soccer Memory: “Just playing in the street, that was it every day. Sometimes we would make our own balls out of plastics and play in the street, and that was an everyday thing, we couldn’t wait to get home from school to go play every day.”

Best Soccer Memory: “Just being able to use soccer to come to the United States and allow me to get a degree (from Lee University). That has been a huge blessing for me, and then one of the biggest moments was winning the MLS Cup with the Columbus Crew. I had just been with the team for two-and-a-half months, and so being part of that was very interesting.”
