Pregame Routine: “I usually sleep in as long as I can on gamedays. It’s usually a night match, I try to kill the day because the lead-up to a game is really boring so I try to sleep in until 11 a.m. or noon, eat, and then have a good chicken and pasta before every game and watch whatever soccer game is on TV.”

Favorite Movie: “Inglorious Basterds or Fight Club”

First Soccer Memory: “I just remember when I was little my brother and I would always play with our dad. Since we were able to walk we had a ball, even when we were in our crib we had a ball. I remember him always playing with us in the back yard and my brother and I competing against each other. Ever since we could walk we were playing, I owe it all to my father, he played professionally, he’s the big reason I’m here.”

Best Soccer Memory: “When I made my full debut as a professional in a game in Arizona for the (New York) Red Bulls against Chivas Guadalajara. That was really my first big pro game.”
