Louisville offers Jefferson’s Davis

Jefferson rising senior receiver Andre Davis has picked up a scholarship offer from Louisville, Dragons coach Mike Fenton said Thursday.
Davis, who led the area in receiving last season, recently was tabbed as the nation’s No. 119 recruit by Scout.com.
Davis and fellow Dragons wideout Chris Moore, who has seen his recruitment pick up a lot of steam with recent offers from Auburn, Michigan State, Vanderbilt, Cincinnati, Texas Tech and Duke, are two of Hillsborough County’s most sought-after collegiate prospects.
