ANAHEIM—Evan Longoria shared the AL player of the week honors with Robinson Cano of the Yankees.
Longo hit .393 last week with four doubles and three home runs.
He has been more like his old self over the past 13 games since moving to the cleanup spot in the order, batting .345.
More good news: Longo is back home where he crushes Angel pitching.
In nine career games at Angel Stadium, Longo is batting .429 with three home runs, eight doubles, 11 RBI, a .500 on-base percentage and a .914 slugging percentage.
