LOL QB Stephen Weatherford collects two more offers

Land O’ Lakes quarterback Stephen Weatherford has received two more college football scholarship offers. This time, the University of Cincinnati and the University of Southern Mississippi have thrown their hats into the ring.

Thus far, Weatherford has eight offers on the table. He has received written overtures from SMU, Boston College, University of South Florida, East Carolina University, Iowa State and North Texas.

This past season, Weatherford completed 128 of 206 passes for 2,052 yards, 27 TDs and 5 interceptions. His sophomore season, his first full season as a starter, he completed 94 of 158 passes for 1,254 yards, 10 TDs and seven picks. As a freshman, Weatherford completed 49 of 91 passes for 648 yards, seven touchdowns and three interceptions.
