Hey these guys were pretty nice. I did like the play Ty wishart. He probably needs to work on somethings and get stronger but he is a future NHL DEFENSEMAN. Good Luck to them all..

Keep it up Erik. Jokinen should stay. I can’t say the same for Ward,Craig,or Gratton.O’Brien looked better last night ,but still not real solid.Carle looked better last night. What are the coaches’ opinions of Mihalek? He is a monster and I thought played within himself.

I have to admit, I alternated between believing in & doubting Jussi Jokinen last year. Looking back, I tend to think it was more a reflection of the team around him and the coaching scheme. Now I have to agree with Erik, don’t turn loose “the Juss”!! Let’s give hiom a chance with some talent around him. Also, it’s a shame if Ryan Craig doesn’t catch on here. He always starts out like a house on fire and then seems to get seriously injured. I know he can play, but his injuries have left him a question mark after 3 years and that’s too bad. I still don’t think Ramo is ready for the NHL, and may even end up trade leverage as Helenius passes him up in 2 years. Until then, I’m the biggest Mike Smith fan in town….GO Smitty!!!

I agree with keeping Jussi. The switch to center might be just what he needed. As for the other bubble players, I guess I don’t see why the bolts would keep Roberts, over Ouellette, who had 17 goals and was +11 last year. Roberts had 3 goals and was -3. At least Ouellette remembers where the net is. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that Melrose comes to his senses and keeps Jussi and Michel.
