Land O’ Lakes kicker Brennan Stack will becomes the sixth Gators football player to ink his name to a college scholarship when he signs a letter of intent to play football at Edward Waters College in Jacksonville.
Defensive back Chadd Williamson was Gator No. 5 when he committed to play football at Hiedelburg College in Ohio. Williamson collected 60 total tackles, 41 of which were solo, defended five passes, intercepting two.
Stack connected on 28 point after scores and hit three field goals last season. He punted six times for 193 yards, a 32.17 yards per kick average; he also booted 17 kickoffs for 708 yards.
Stack, who also recently competed in the FHSAA’s state wrestling tournament earlier this month, joins Patrick Kronk (American International College), Alex Robinson (Lindenwood University), Tyler Peak (Jacksonville University) and Freddie Alequin (Rhodes College) on a growing list of Land O’ Lakes players committed to playing college football.
Land O’ Lakes coach Matt Kitchie expects more to commit soon.
