Lamar, Samuels Out For Bulls

Greetings from Syracuse’s Carrier Dome, where we are about 30 minutes away from kickoff. It’s the University of South Florida Bulls (4-0) against the Syracuse Orange (2-2).

USF will be without running backs Lindsey Lamar and Aston Samuels, who did not make the trip. Lamar suffered a hip injury in last week’s victory at Florida State.

The Bulls are trying to protect their all-time unbeaten record in domes. OK, it’s just 3-0 (27-0 against Syracuse in 2005, 41-10 against Syracuse in 2007 and last season’s 41-14 win against Memphis at the St. Petersburg Bowl), but it’s still something, right?
