Jesuit senior lineman Andy Ratchford, a 6-foot-1, 280 pound center, has decided to play for John Carroll University, a Division III program in Cleveland, his father Andy Ratchord Sr., said on Thursday.
Ratchford had Division I offers, but decided to attend John Carroll for academics.

30 years ago, I made the same decision to pass up D1 offers for a D3 school for academics and it was the best decision I ever made. Good luck!
