Mo Harris, the former offensive coordinator at Tampa Bay Tech who guided the Titans’ attack to more than 4,000 yards of production last fall, has joined the Leto staff as running backs coach, Falcons head coach Matt Kitchie announced Wednesday.
At TBT, Harris’ offense churned out 4,066 total yards, averaging 123.5 yards passing and 215.3 rushing per game. The Titans went 8-4 and reached the second round of the Class 7A state playoffs.
Before his one season at TBT as a coordinator, Harris, a former standout running back at Jesuit and Hillsborough, was running backs coach at Plant. Among his protégés was current Florida State running back James Wilder.
