It’s halftime at Raymond James Stadium, and neither Miami nor USF has been able to reach the end zone just yet.
The Bulls and Hurricanes are tied at 3, with Jake Wieclaw’s 26-yard field goal near the end of the first quarter and Maikon Bonani’s 42-yard field goal early in the second quarter representing the game’s only points thus far.
Miami outgained USF 205-162 in the opening half. Bulls quarterback B.J. Daniels is 10-for-17 for 86 yards and an interception, coming on his first pass attempt. Hurricanes quarterback Jacory Harris was 13 of 19 for 139 yards in the first half.
Darrell Scott has a game-high 43 rushing yards on eight carries, while Miami’s Lamar Miller has 40 yards on 10 carries.
USF will get the ball first to open the second half.
