The Tampa Tribune has learned the Gulf High School football program is the subject of an investigation by Pasco County athletic director Phil Bell.
Fulmer was not at practice Monday afternoon and instead, principal Steve Knobl is meeting with the team and coaches.
The program recently came under scrutiny for the transfers of Ty’Shon Peters and Kris Aratchiysky from Anclote High to Gulf. The program has also been investigated for improper player contact.
