BOSTON—It’s gray, misting and wet at Fenway Park, and with more rain in the forecast for tonight, the Rays and Red Sox face the prospect of a second consecutive rain out or a long, rain-delayed evening.
They’ll get this one in if they can, though. The teams are already playing a doubleheader tomorrow (noon and 5 p.m.), and while the Red Sox have Monday off, the Rays are due in Baltimore.
If the game is played, the Rays’ order will look like this:
Jason Bartlett, SS
Carl Crawford, LF
Evan Longoria, 3B
Ben Zobrist, RF
Pat Burrell, DH
Willy Aybar, 1B
Akinori Iwamura, 2B
Dioner Navarro, C
Fernando Perez, CF
