Giddins Commits To USF

Armwood senior defensive end Ryne Giddins has verbally committed to the University of South Florida.
Giddins chose the Bulls over Florida, which was his other finalist. Giddins had more than 70 Division I offers.
Giddins was a Tribune all-Hillsborough County first-team selection as a junior and senior. He finished his prep career as the Hawks’ all-time leaders in sacks.
That distinction was aided by a junior season in which he had a school-record 21 sacks.
