Georgetown 14, USF 7 (11:48 1st H)

USF is off to a slow start here against the Hoyas, the opposite of yesterday’s victory over DePaul.
The Hoyas lead 14-7 around the midway point of the first half.
USF is having trouble defending Georgetown G Chris Wright, who continues to drive to the basket for shots or creating shots for his teammates.
Also, Bulls F Augustus Gilchrist is in the game to provide more size for USF down low against Georgetown C Greg Monroe.
Gilchrist did not play the first time these teams met due to ankle injury.
