Plant’s football head coaching tree continues to grow.

Last year, former co-defensive coordinator James Harrell was hired as the head coach at Freedom. This year, its former assistant defensive line Greg Meyer who got a head coaching gig.
Meyer was hired as the new head football coach at Wolfson High in Jacksonville on Wednesday. Meyer, who played at Plant, served as the defensive coordintator at Wolfson last season, which followed his stint at Plant during the 2008 season.
