Florida’s Haden honored by SEC

Florida junior cornerback Joe Haden was named the SEC defensive player of the week today. The junior had a team-high 11 tackles, a quarterback sack and a interception in Saturday’s 24-14 win at South Carolina.
He also forced two fumbles and had a pass deflection. His fourth quarter interception was Haden’s third of the season and sealed the victory. He is currently second on the team with 55 total tackles.
