Florida Gators take 17-10 lead over Vols

After a fake punt that took the Gators 36 yards to the Tennessee 25 yard line, the stage was set for the Florida football team to score. Florida quarterback John Brantley found wide receiver Frankie Hammond in the back of the end zone with 4:31 remaining in the third quarter. It is Hammond’s first touchdown.
The drive was 10 plays for 65 yards, and thanks in part to the fake punt, the Gators stagnant running game has now racked up 102 yards of rushing. The Gators are 8-for-8 on fake punts under Urban Meyer
