University of South Florida men’s basketball assistant Dan Hipsher did not get the Florida Atlantic head coaching job. Former St. John’s coach Mike Jarvis is the choice for the position and expected to accept the job as early as today, FoxSports.com’s Jeff Goodman reported.
Hipsher was among six finalists for the position along with Jarvis, former St. Louis coach Brad Soderberg, UCF assistant Mike Jaskulski, Florida assistant Lewis Preston and FAU assistant Mike Balado.
