USF is 15 minutes from moving to 3-0 on the season.
The Bulls added two more scores in the third quarter, a 30-yard scoring run from junior running back Darrell Scott and a special teams score from true freshman receiver Andre Davis, to extend their lead over visiting Florida A&M to 63-14.
The first-team USF offense is done for the night after a record-setting night. The Bulls offense has a program-record 713 yards of total offense. Scott has four touchdowns, three on the ground and one receiving, and has 230 total yards.
Junior quarterback B.J. Daniels finished with a career-high 382 passing yards and a career-high four touchdown passes.
Davis, a local product from Jefferson High, blocked a punt, scooped up the loose ball and returned it 11 yards for a score. It was the second touchdown of the night for Davis, who caught his first career touchdown pass late in the second quarter.
