Tampa Bay Tech has officially landed another top underclassman to start the next grading period in Hillsborough County. Tajee Fullwood, who last season as a sophomore quarterback at East Bay produced a combined 1,334 yards passing and rushing and scored 17 touchdowns, has enrolled at Tech and began classes Wednesday, Titans coach Jayson Roberts confirmed.
Fullwood, the cousin on Hillsborough star senior defensive lineman Earl Moore, is 6-foot-2 and 175 pounds. He joins another standout player, former Middleton junior wide receiver Richard Benjamin, as a new transfer student at TBT.
With the departure of Titans quarterback Aaron Midthus to graduation in June, Fullwood can immediately compete for the starting job at Tech. And with Benjamin, one of the county’s top recruits for the 2013 class, he has an immediate target.
