You failed to mention that Wade Davis pitched 6 shutout innings with 9 Ks.He now has a 2.68 ERA in AAA. At some point next season both he and David Price will be in the rotation replacing both Jackson & Sonnestine.Price most likely from the start, then Davis the 2nd half.

RIGHT STEVE .. DAVIS & PRICE COULD VERY WELL BE IN THE MIX FOR 2009 <> I WONDER IF KAZ WOULD TO BETTER AS A CLOSER THEN A STARTER ? EITHER WAY HE IS OK <> TWO PLAYERS BEING OVER LOOKED AT DURHAM ARE DAN JOHNSON WITH 24 HRS - .305, 80R, LOTS OF WALKS <> HE WOULD BE A GOOD REPLACEMENT FOR FLOYD IN ‘09 <> CUMMINGS ERA IS BETTER THAN TALBOT AND NIEMANN BUT HIS AGE IS OVER 30 <> TALBOT IS HOT NOW BUT NIEMANN MAY HAVE A STRONGER FUTURE ...WHO KNOWS !
