Members of the Jefferson High football team will represent the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this weekend in a NFL national 7-on-7 tournament. The competition, which will feature 264 players from around the nation representing 21 NFL teams, begins Friday at 4 p.m. at the Armed Forces Reserve Center in Pinellas Park. The competition continues Saturday and Sunday at Jefferson, with the championship slated for 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Bucs head coach Raheem Morris, center Jeff Faine and rookie receiver Arrelious Benn are scheduled to attend.
Teams will participate in pool play and a double elimination tournament. High school players participating in the NFL National 7-on-7 Competition were selected through their participation in the NFL High School Player Development program this summer.
