Crawford hurt in BP, will play
CHICAGO—Carl Crawford got popped in the face by Dioner Navarro’s bat during batting practice today.
Crawford was taken to the clubhouse, but Joe Maddon said he’s fine and will play.
Update: Crawford just ran out onto the field to do some warmups and looks fine.
