Florida wide receiver Riley Cooper, who signed a baseball contract with the Texas Rangers prior to last fall’s final season as a Gator football player, said Monday at the Senior Bowl he has decided to give up pro baseball.
Cooper plans to return his signing bonus to the Rangers and concentrate on preparing for the NFL Draft instead.
