Citrus Park Ties The Game
Citrus Park leadoff batter Kevin Merrell smashed a one-out sixth-inning home run over the left field fence, forging a 2-2 tie with Shelton, Conn., at the Little League World Series.
Citrus Park, facing elimination, is still alive, but Connecticut will get a shot to end it in the bottom of the sixth.
