The big name has signed on the dotted line.
Miami Northwestern DT Todd Chandler, considered the Bulls’ top prospect, has officially sent his letter-of-intent to USF.
Chandler is ranked as the No. 67th overall player in the nation by ESPNU. He is an original Miami commit but changed his mind and opted to sign with the Bulls.
Chandler also considered Colorado State, Louisville, Syracuse, South Carolina and several other programs.
USF also just received Thomas County (Ga.) Central DB/WR Reshard Cliett’s LOI.
Cliett is a late pick-up by the Bulls, who are also pursuing his teammate Ray Drew for the 2011 class.

Excellent! It sounds like USF is picking up the best recruits from both Leavitt AND Holtz.
