NEWPORT, R.I. - West Virginia received 20 of 24 first-place votes by the Big East media representatives and was an overwhelming choice to win the Big East.
Louisville, which had three first-place votes, was picked second, followed by Rutgers (one first-place vote), the University of South Florida, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, UConn and Syracuse.

when you post BULLS you do not know if it is the football or basketball team. the FB team will be very competitive in the big east. in two or three years they will domitate. i am anxious to see what the basketball team will do with the new coach. i love college basketball and would to see USF be a power.
