Brandon’s Figaro ranked among nation’s best

Brandon wrestling standout Wally Figaro has been ranked by Wrestling USA Magazine as the nation’s sixth-best 171-pounder in the Class of 2011.
Figaro has been a two-year starter on the Eagles’ nationally-recognized wrestling team. He’s finished third at his weight in the Class 2A state tournament in each of the last two seasons.
Figaro is one of two Brandon wrestlers to be recognized among the nation’s best by Wrestling USA Magazine. Senior Joe Cozart previously was ranked as the nation’s third-best 152-pounder for the Class of 2010.
