We may be in the throws of football season, but basketball is right around the corner.

Hudson High will host the West Pasco Shootout, beginning today and ending Sunday.

This USSSA tournament, will feature Hudson, Ridgewood, River Ridge, Wiregrass Ranch, Citrus, Lecanto, Seven Rivers, Ocala Forest, Countryside and Clearwater. Okaro White, Clearwater’s highly recruited power forward, is expected to play. He has verbally committed to Florida State, but also considered Florida, University of Miami and Clemson.
