Fight fans, looking for some Friday night leather swapping? No, not that. Boxing.
Showtime kicks off this weekend’s slate of squared circle action with their latest ShoBox installment tonight at 11 p.m. ET and HBO follows up Saturday night with a Boxing After Dark card from Vegas that features a title fight.
First thing’s, first: English heavyweight champ Tyson Fury (11-0 9 KOs) will face Rich “Super” Power (12-0, 9 KOs) on the opening bout of ShoBox: The New Generation. The main event will feature 1996 U.S. Olympic bronze medalist Terrance “Heat” Cauthen (35-6, 9 KOs) of New Jersey against former title holder John O’Donnell (23-1, 11 KOs) of Shepherd’s Bush, United Kingdom.

Those matches will be held inside London’s York Hall. Surf over to Showtime for the 11 p.m. start.
Saturday night, head over to HBO for another doubleheader.
Yuriorkis Gamboa (18-0, 15 KOs) faces Orlando Salido (34-10, 22 KOs) in a 12-round featherweight title unification bout, while Anthony Peterson (30-0, 20 KOs) squares off against Brandon Rios (24-0, 18 KOs) in a lightweight clash.
This card will take place at the Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and the telecast is set to begin at 10 p.m. ET.
Gamboa, who trained at Tampa’s Fight Factory for this bout, holds the WBA featherweight belt, while Salido is the owner of the IBF strap.
Both HBO fights, each set for 12-rounds of action, will be called by Bob Papa and Max Kellerman.
