Hey folks, just got back to the hotel a little while ago after attending the International Bowl Kickoff Luncheon.
Both teams were there and USF coach Jim Leavitt and Northern Illinois coach Jerry Kill spoke.
Not a lot of news from the event, but Leavitt said all the players made curfew last night and none will be suspended at the start of tomorrow’s game.
Also, he downplayed any concerns he had about the unusual arrangement at the Rogers Centre during practice.
The dome features several restaurants and a hotel that overlooks the playing field. It would have been easy for Northern Illinois coaches to watch USF practice and vice versa.
Leavitt said the Bulls took no extra precautions and wasn’t concerned about that possibility.
I’ll check back in later.
