Bloomingdale WR Sean Minnifield returns

Bloomingdale receiver Sean Minnifield will return to the Bulls lineup Friday night when they host Tampa Catholic.

The senior tweaked his right knee last week in practice and was held out of last Friday’s 28-26 loss to East Bay.

“He wasn’t 100 percent (last week), but if it was the last game of the season, a playoff game or something like that he would have played,” Bloomingdale coach John Booth said. “He’ll be back this week, which will be big for our offense.”

Minnifield has two catches for 29 yards.

In the same breath, Booth said sophomore running back Kameron Faile will be out due to sickness. Faile is the team’s second-leading rusher with 25 carries and 62 yards and one score.
