Baseball America ranks the Rays top-10 prospects

Anyone surprised that Baseball America lists Matt Moore as the Rays top prospect?
How about shortstop Hak-Ju Lee as their No. 2 prospect?
Or right-hander Taylor Guerrieri, the Rays top pick in last June’s draft, is already the organization’s fourth-best prospect?
That’s how Baseball America sees it.
