Bartlett agrees to deal

Rays shortstop Jason Bartlett avoided arbitration by agreeing to a one-year deal today.
Rays VP of baseball Andrew Friedman is still in talks with the remaining arbitration-eligible players - center fielder B.J. Upton and pitchers Matt Garza and J. P. Howell.
