Wharton senior lineman Hunter Stout has to be one of the hottest prospects in Florida right now.
Stout, who visited Florida Atlantic this past weekend and will leave for Louisville Friday, has been offered an official visit by Auburn, Wharton coach David Mitchell said.
“They liked what they saw,” Mitchell said. “They like his footwork.”
Mitchell said Stout, a 6-foot-4, 270 pound blocker,” will visit the SEC school on Jan. 23.
Louisville offered last week. Mitchell said Colorado has also entered the picture, but has not set up an official visit with Stout.
Middle Tennessee was Stout’s first official offer.
