Armwood’s Bailey suspended

The Armwood High football team will be without one of its top defensive linemen for tonight’s big matchup with Plant. Defensive coordinator Matt Thompson said senior Alton Bailey has been suspended and won’t play. Armwood Coach Sean Callahan said the violation was for team rules and the length of suspension has not been determined.
Sophomore Eric Striker will start in his place, Thompson said.
