A group of unusual T-shirts were sprinkled in the 90,000 or so fans at Saturday’s Florida-Florida International game to show support for a pair of brothers on opposite sidelines.

Florida’s Nick Alajajian and and FIU’s Joe Alajajian were in the unusual position of cheering against one another, for a change. Friends and family worry shirts with “50’’ and “58’’ on the back.
Joe wears No. 50 as FIU’s starting senior right tackle while baby brother Nick wears 58 for the Gators as a freshman backup offenisve lineman.

Among the friends making the trip from Naples was Jake Ogden.

Asked who he would cheer for Ogden replied, “Both.”
