A look at USF’s NCAA Tourney credentials

Patrick Stevens is a Washington, D.C./Baltimore-based sports journalist who is covering USF’s game at Georgetown on Wednesday for The Tampa Tribune.
He also publishes a sports blog that discusses a lot of college basketball.
On Monday he compared the NCAA Tournament resumes of USF and a certain school about two hours up I-75 in Gainesville.

Hah, go figure. It’s certainly interesting to be a fringe tournament team. I won’t have a legitimate hope to make the real tourney unless we beat Georgetown without Gilcrest, though.
